20 min wait in drive thru

We went to the location on west florescent in St Louis Mo where we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before any employee even said anything to us, we were stuck in a huge line at this location, then we were told that it was going to be another 20 minutes because they were in the middle of *** change. I have never heard anything like this at any fast food restaurant, horrible service, very rude employees, I have never been more disappointed in this chain.

Your normal fry seasoning but on waffle fries instead. They would hold the cheese better than your normal ones; and it would limit the amount of grease in in the normal fry since it needs to cook at a reduced time.

So i went on lineand recieved scan code for a big bufford and i was ordering other food also . So i mentioned it to person taking my order . And immediate response my coupon thing isnt working . This is not the first time thats be told to me there . Ive been a server in tbe industry for 30 years . I feel like they just dont want to be hassled with it . If thats the case . Too lazy to work , our order was not what we wanted but all they had to offer Just like we wanted funnel fries. He said they had them but didnt like to fix them. We even as how long it took. He said a minute, 30 seconds but we dont like making them. Stop selling them if it is too hard to fix for very lazy employees. I will not return there. If they are that lazy I can only imagine the lack of cleaniless of the store. I actually fed mint to the dog. They do make good dog food. She loved it but she will also eat anything.

I pulled around through the drive-through I was asked to pull around. She took my order and I told her it wasnt right she tried to argue with me and say its right. She use a nasty tone and threw hands up and told her manager do it then the manager started the same attitude and would not give my receipt.

I payed over 4 dollars too much. They there was nothing they could do about. This isnt the first time with the manager. I let it go the first time.

I cant this time it made me feel so terrible. I cant understand how they are still open with this crew. My chicken sandwich tasted freezer Burt and fried was turn up side down. I couldnt even ess as eat my food.

Im not a person who complains unless it really is bad. I never have been treated that way in any restaurant and I know how it is I worked in a restaurant before.

I think they are keeping money by not giving reciept and charging more and mad because i told them they charged me too much. Thank you

I received inedible food and horrible customer service from the Eastlake location. I spent over 20.00 when I called to speak to management they advised me to call the 1800 number which I did, corporate still has yet to reach out to me and I received an email for 5.00 off coupon which is unacceptable for the amount of money I spent. I would appreciate someone at a higher stature contacting me. Thank you

No ain't nobody took care of my issue I don't know what it is or what it could be but if your employee would have pulled that knife out on would have stabbed me rally with a head of lawsuit on the hand

Bad customer service

I pulled up to the window.The order was going good,I was told to pull around.I got to the opposite side of the store witch all the other traffic was going. then I was asked to turn the other way. If didnt have a passenger on the side, how was I going to get my food? I feel discriminated.

Employee over charge for food

Employees at 712 Broadway LR businesses over charges me for a comb and 2 order of fries, which causes me $23. I asked for the Big Buford 2 for one menu, once home the order was incorrect. The employee didnt give me a receipt. I want you all to know I was over charged and didnt receive my right order. I didnt take it back because I lived 5 miles from the business.
